冷凍アイリッシュフードをより充実させるためのセントラルキッチン、平日は製造業に専念し、土日祝日はショーケースとしてシチューハウスをオープンし、お食事をお楽しみいただけます。
We hope to build a central kitchen to better support our frozen food business. We shall use weekdays to focus on making our own products then open the stewhouse on weekends and holidays as a showcase for our homemade food.

The mission of Kyojin Stewhouse is to introduce and inspire a passion among people here in Japan for authentic Irish Food and Culture, by providing a selection of traditionally made comfort foods in an environment unique to my experiences of home in Ireland.

This has been something we’ve wanted to do for so long. I guess difficult times force new innovative ways to do business.
